UPDATES to Downloads

We’ve posted some updates to our downloads page.  Sideletters and Amendments are added for Some Trinity County Units and Glenn County Mid-Management.  We’ve also adjusted text to reduce multiple line entries and added padding to separate out sets of MOU’s and other downloads so that they are easier to quickly see each City / County / Region.
